AID WALKING
Freedom to walk with or without footwear
The WalkAide 11 is a wearable self-contained splash resistant foot drop stimulator.
Users have the freedom to walk with or without footwear, it is simple to get on and off and can be applied single handed.
The slim light weight design features integrated stainless-steel electrodes and Bluetooth capability so can be adjusted from your phone.
While wearing the WalkAide® II on the lower leg, an internal sensor identifies the users leg motion and speed after just a few steps. In-built technology uses that information to create a customised walking program. With each subsequent step, the WalkAide® II sends gentle electrical impulses to nerves in the leg that tell the muscles to lift the toes.
Chiltern Neuro has the WalkAide 11 both to trial and use through treatment.
We are still able to support those with the original WalkAide.
